  I wish there was a no star option for Burger King. Can people honestly think that they are actually receiving REAL FOOD when they come to a Burger King???

  I order a chicken sandwich with cheee and pickles hold the lettuce with frys. The frys were cold and when I got down the street to eat my sandwich I was given a chicken sandwich with lettuce, no cheese or pickles!

  Terrible. I don't know how this location has stayed open. 3 separate occasions I went here for lunch, during a non-peak time (so they weren't busy AT ALL. Not even any drive thru customers). I had to wait no less than 5 minutes after waking through the door before anyone noticed I was standing there at the counter, I was the ONLY customer on all these occasions and I still had to wait to order. Once my order WAS finally taken, there was no sense of urgency or even taking pride in their work as it took 20-40 to get my food. I could understand if I had placed a large order, but all i wanted was 1 burger some fries and a drink. The management staff didn't do anything to ensure timely delivery of food, the crew that was working obviously didn't care if I even got my food at all. Do not bring your business to this BK

  I wish there was a no star option!!
  
  We ordered our sandwiches with slight modifications primarily to ensure the food was fresh. The fish was so overcooked it was inedible and no tarter sauce was on it. The chicken sandwich was overcooked like the fish and inedible. The whoppers were tasteless and did not have any sauce or veggies. Most of the $ 20 spent went into the garbage. Outrageously disgusting.
  
  The owner/management group should be ashamed of what is produced and served!
  
  To top it off, upon completing the survey, they do NOT ask if you want to be contacted about your visit. An organization that truly cares about their customers would be willing to make it right. No, I do not want a free sandwich for completing the survey. I want assurance that someone is noticing the total lack of regard for producing decent products and my money back!

  Cashier was nice. But other than that not good. Food was cold. Forgot our drinks. We ordered a hotdog and said we wanted to plan it came with everything on it. The building is very old and outdated! Not very clean which is sad since it wasn't busy at all!!!!
